American Academy of Pediatrics Safe Sleep Guidelines

There's nothing more important than putting your baby to sleep safely. In 2022, the AAP updated their recommendations on safe sleep. Plagiocephaly & Torticollis

Plagiocephaly (or "flat head syndrome") and torticollis (tight neck) can be a big concern for some parents, but they don't have to be! Baby Begin is an incredible resource, created and staffed by pediatric therapists to educate and empower new parents on how to prevent and treat both plagiocephaly and torticollis. The Hive Family Collective

The Hive is a local group here in Park City, UT. They support families on their journey from pregnancy to parenthood, educating and connecting families as they experience the joys and challenges of raising children. It's an incredible resource within this community, especially for new mothers.
