American Academy of Pediatrics Safe Sleep Guidelines
There's nothing more important than putting your baby to sleep safely. In 2022, the AAP updated their recommendations on safe sleep. Plagiocephaly & Torticollis
Plagiocephaly (or "flat head syndrome") and torticollis (tight neck) can be a big concern for some parents, but they don't have to be! Baby Begin is an incredible resource, created and staffed by pediatric therapists to educate and empower new parents on how to prevent and treat both plagiocephaly and torticollis.
