Once you begin implementing your customized sleep plan, you and your child could be sleeping through the night within two to three days. Every child and every family is different, but with consistency and commitment to a thoughtful step-by-step plan, all of my clients so far (from 4 months old to 5 years old) have experienced significant progress within days and total transformation within 1 to 2 weeks.

Just this morning, I received a text from a client who is a week and a half into her plan with her (almost) 4 year old, who had previously been co-sleeping with mom and dad. They were feeling a little discouraged at the rate of progress, which sometimes takes longer with big kids. They all of a sudden turned a corner last night and messaged me this morning. The following text made my day (and theirs!):

Their commitment and persistence started paying off, and boy, did they celebrate this morning. (Update: a week later, this same family was celebrating their almost 4-year-old sleeping in her own room all night every night for a whole week. They even shared a unicorn sprinkle cake!)

No matter where you're starting from, if your goal is to help your baby, toddler, or big kid achieve restful, independent sleep, we will get you there, and I'll provide support the whole way through.

You could also be celebrating sleep as early as next week.
